Most agents go live within 48 to 72 hours after placing their order. This timeframe allows you to complete the onboarding videos, gives our team time to activate your setup, and ensures we generate enough leads to support your call flow. You won’t see or handle the leads yourself; they go straight through our system and are only transferred to you once they’re fully screened and ready to talk in real time.
Our Live Wire Agents contacts the prospect and verifies three critical points: 1) Their interest in final expense or insurance information, 2) Their specific request to speak with a licensed agent, and 3) Their current availability to have a full conversation. Only after these "Yes" answers is the call bridged to your line.
You’ll need to be available to answer calls when activating Live Wire, have a stable phone setup (no Wi-Fi calling), a computer, and have licenses in 10 states. During onboarding, we walk you through the exact setup requirements, technical steps, and best practices to make sure everything is running smoothly before your first live call.
The only time a missed call can happen is when you're already on the phone with another Live Wire transfer. Our Live Wire Agents stop dialing the moment a call connects, but because it dials multiple leads at once, there’s a small chance an additional ready-to-talk prospect comes through while you’re still on a call. Those calls automatically move into your disposition list, and you can choose to call them back or simply leave them as-is. They still count as a live transfer. If this happens frequently, you can turn on the Second Chance Campaign, which gives you another opportunity to reconnect with those specific prospects.
Yes! Every call we transfer is 100% exclusive to you. Each lead is generated specifically for your order, screened by our Live Wire Agents, and sent only to your line. No other agent ever receives or competes for that same prospect. When a Live Wire call comes through, it’s created for you, screened for you, and delivered directly to you in real time.
No. Live Wire does not use buffer times. Every call that is successfully transferred live to you counts as a transfer, regardless of call length. Unlike other live transfer programs that rely on buffer thresholds, Live Wire focuses on delivering real-time, ready-to-talk prospects rather than timing rules. This keeps billing straightforward and eliminates any ambiguity around what counts as a transfer.
